By accessing or using the Mohite EduTech platform, website, and related services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Platform is provided for educational and institute-management purposes. You agree to use it only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Institute administrators are responsible for managing access for their staff and students in line with these terms.

Content you upload remains yours, but you grant Mohite EduTech a limited license to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform as needed to operate the service. Platform features, branding, and software are owned by Mohite EduTech or its licensors and may not be copied or reverse-engineered without permission.

Institutes and students must use the Platform respectfully. Harassment, illegal content, cheating, or misuse of exams or live classes may result in suspension or termination. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect users or comply with the law.

Paid features, memberships, and digital products are billed as described at checkout. Prices and taxes may change with notice where required. Failed payments may result in loss of access until resolved. Subscription terms (including renewal and cancellation) are presented at the time of purchase.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for breach of these terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including limitations of liability and intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohite EduTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, where applicable.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions by posting an updated version on the Platform. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
